Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Cut The Noise (ФОП Кожанов Дмитро Ігорович, "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit cutthenoise.agency or engage us for services. We keep this short, plain, and honest — the way we keep our client work.
1. Who we are
Cut The Noise is a trade name of ФОП Кожанов Дмитро Ігорович (Individual Entrepreneur, Ukraine). Contact: [email protected].
2. What we collect
We collect only data you actively provide, plus standard technical logs:
- Contact data you submit via Cal.com booking or email (name, email, company, message).
- Meeting data if you book a call — scheduling metadata stored by Cal.com under their processor agreement.
- Ad-account access you grant voluntarily for audits — read-only analyst permissions to Meta Business Manager and analytics tools. We never write to your accounts without explicit written scope.
- Technical logs — anonymized IP, user-agent, referrer, page visited. Retained 30 days for security and debugging.
We do not use fingerprinting, session replay, or third-party ad retargeting pixels on this site.
3. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Contract — to deliver engagements you hire us for.
- Legitimate interest — for security logs and basic analytics.
- Consent — for any analytics or marketing cookies, when applicable. You control consent from our cookie banner if one is shown.
4. Sub-processors
We use the following third parties to run this website and intake process:
- Cloudflare Pages — hosting, CDN, DDoS protection.
- Cal.com — meeting booking and scheduling.
- Google Workspace / Email provider — for replying to inquiries.
Each is bound by their own DPA. No data is sold or shared beyond these processors.
5. How long we keep data
Contact and scoping data — for the duration of our engagement plus three years for tax and audit records (Ukrainian law). Technical logs — 30 days. Audit-access credentials — revoked immediately when the engagement ends.
6. Your rights (GDPR Art. 15–22)
You can at any time:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion.
- Object to processing or request a data export.
- Withdraw consent.
Write to [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request" — we respond within 14 days.
7. International transfers
Our processors (Cloudflare, Cal.com, Google) may store data in the US and EU. Transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
8. Security
TLS 1.2+ on every page. Access to client accounts is logged and revoked at engagement end. We do not store credentials of client accounts — access is scoped via Meta Business Manager analyst roles and removed when the scope of work closes.
9. Changes
Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
10. Complaints
You may file a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) or any EU supervisory authority if you believe we handled your data unlawfully.
